Your rental includes the studio space, professional sound system, basic lighting, tables and chairs for your guest count, and access to our restroom facilities. Setup and cleanup time is built into your rental period, so you’re not rushed.
We also include standard cleaning after your event. You don’t need to leave the place spotless, just reasonably tidy. Parking is included—no additional fees for your guests to park on-site.
What’s not included: catering, decorations, additional equipment beyond our standard sound system, or extended setup time beyond what’s reasonable for your event size. We’ll go over all the specifics when we discuss your particular needs.
Can I bring my own catering for dance events?
Yes, you can bring your own catering or hire any caterer you prefer. We don’t require you to use specific vendors, and we don’t take kickbacks from preferred vendor lists. Your event, your choice.
Our Head of the Harbor facility has the space and access that makes catering setup straightforward. Most caterers are familiar with our layout, but we’re happy to coordinate with your catering team beforehand to make sure everything runs smoothly.
