Your rental includes our venue space, professional sound system, lighting control, tables, chairs, and basic setup according to your specifications. We also include day-of coordination to ensure your layout works as planned.
Parking is included and we provide basic cleaning after your event. What we don’t include are outside vendors, catering, or decorations – you have complete control over those choices.
Our goal is to give you a professional venue foundation while letting you customize everything else to match your vision and budget.
How far in advance should we book for Suffolk County events?
For weekend events during wedding season (May through October), we recommend booking 6-8 months ahead. Suffolk County has a lot of celebrations during peak season and venue availability gets tight.
Off-season events and weekday celebrations typically need 2-3 months notice. Corporate events and milestone parties often have more flexible timing than weddings.
We maintain a waitlist for popular dates, so even if your preferred date seems booked, it’s worth checking with us. Cancellations do happen and we’ll contact you if something opens up.
Do you provide catering or do we need outside vendors?
We don’t provide catering, which actually works in your favor. You’re not locked into our food choices or pricing – you can work with any licensed caterer or restaurant that fits your taste and budget.
Many Suffolk County families use local restaurants they already love, food trucks for casual events, or specialty caterers for specific cuisines. This flexibility usually saves money and gives you exactly the food experience you want.
We just require that any outside vendors are properly licensed and insured. We can recommend caterers we’ve worked with successfully if you need suggestions.

We’ll make sure your layout works, help with basic timing, and handle any venue-related issues that come up. We’re not full event planners, but we know enough about celebrations to keep things running smoothly.
For complex events needing extensive coordination, we can recommend professional event planners who work well with our venue. Most celebrations, though, just need someone who understands the space and can handle the basics.
