For weekend events during wedding season (May through October), we recommend booking 6-8 months ahead. Suffolk County has a lot of celebrations during peak season and venue availability gets tight.
Off-season events and weekday celebrations typically need 2-3 months notice. Corporate events and milestone parties often have more flexible timing than weddings.
We maintain a waitlist for popular dates, so even if your preferred date seems booked, it’s worth checking with us. Cancellations do happen and we’ll contact you if something opens up.
