We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we offer flexible cancellation terms based on how far in advance you notify us. For cancellations 30+ days before your event, we refund your deposit minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are handled case-by-case.
Since we’re an indoor venue, weather typically doesn’t affect your event directly. However, if severe weather prevents guests from traveling safely, we’ll work with you to reschedule without additional fees, subject to availability.
