Take your dancing beyond the basics in our Advanced Beginner Social Dancing class – designed for students who already know the fundamentals and are ready to feel smoother, more confident, and more expressive on the dance floor.
This class builds on the core structures of the most popular social dances, helping you refine technique, improve movement quality, and expand your pattern vocabulary. You’ll focus on clearer lead and follow skills, better timing and musical interpretation, smoother transitions, and developing style and flow in your dancing.
Perfect for those who want to feel more comfortable at social events, parties, and weddings, this course transforms “knowing the steps” into truly dancing with ease and confidence.
No partner required — just bring comfortable shoes and your love of movement.

This class is designed for dancers who already know the basics and are ready to elevate their technique, movement quality, and partner connection.
You’ll work on Cuban motion, body action, controlled footwork, arm styling, delayed timing, and seamless transitions, while also exploring more intricate patterns and choreography. Special attention is given to lead-and-follow clarity, musicality, and expressing the romantic, fluid character of Rumba.
By the end of class, you’ll dance with greater precision, softness, and control, confidently adapting to different partners and tempos while showing a more polished, expressive style.
