First, you’ll schedule a consultation where we discuss your event vision, guest count, and specific needs. No pressure, no sales pitch – just an honest conversation about what you’re trying to create.

Finally, we’ll create a customized package that fits your budget and timeline. Once you’re ready to move forward, a simple deposit secures your date, and our event planning team handles the details from there.

Our catering hall rental includes more than just space. You get professional event coordination, customizable layouts, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. The venue accommodates intimate gatherings of 30 guests up to celebrations of 150.
What sets us apart in Old Field is our unique combination of services. Need dance lessons for your wedding party? We’ve got professional instructors on staff. Want custom choreography for a special moment? That’s our specialty. Looking for a venue that can handle both your rehearsal dinner and reception? We make it seamless.
Our location offers convenient parking and easy access for guests traveling from across Long Island. The space itself features elegant hardwood floors, professional lighting, and flexible seating arrangements that can be configured for cocktail receptions, seated dinners, or dance-focused celebrations.
For weekend events during peak season (May through October), we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance. This gives you the best selection of dates and allows plenty of time for planning.
However, we often have availability for weekday events or off-season celebrations with shorter notice. If your date is flexible, we can usually accommodate bookings 3-6 months out. The key is to contact us as soon as you have a general timeframe in mind.
Our booking calendar fills up particularly fast for June, September, and October weddings, so if you’re planning a celebration during these months, earlier is definitely better.
Your rental fee includes the venue space for your entire event duration, professional event coordination, basic lighting and sound systems, tables and chairs, and setup and breakdown services.
We also include access to our bridal preparation area, complimentary consultation meetings, and coordination with your outside vendors. Unlike many venues, we don’t charge extra fees for basic amenities like coat check areas or cake cutting service.
Additional services like custom dance instruction, enhanced lighting packages, or extended rental hours are available for an additional fee. We’ll walk through all options during your consultation so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. Our catering hall is designed to transform throughout your event. We can configure the space for an intimate ceremony, then quickly transition to a reception layout while your guests enjoy cocktail hour.
This flexibility is particularly valuable for Old Field couples who want everything in one location. You avoid the logistics of moving guests between venues, and your celebration flows seamlessly from ceremony to reception.
We handle all the transition logistics, including moving chairs, adjusting lighting, and coordinating with your other vendors. Most couples find this approach reduces stress and creates a more cohesive experience for their guests.
We work with a carefully selected network of preferred caterers who understand our venue and consistently deliver exceptional service. This approach gives you variety in menu options while ensuring quality standards.
Our preferred caterer list includes options for every style and budget, from elegant plated dinners to casual buffet service. We can also accommodate specialty dietary requirements and cultural cuisine preferences.
If you have a specific caterer you’d like to work with, we’re happy to coordinate with them as well. Our event team will handle all the logistics to ensure your catering runs smoothly, regardless of which option you choose.
The biggest difference is our dance expertise. We’re not just a rental space – we’re dance professionals who understand how to create an atmosphere that gets people moving and celebrating together.
This shows up in everything from our sound system quality to our floor design to our understanding of how events flow. We can provide dance instruction for your wedding party, create custom choreography for special moments, or simply ensure your dance floor layout maximizes guest participation.
Our size is also an advantage. We’re large enough to handle significant celebrations but small enough to provide personal attention. You’ll work directly with our event team throughout the planning process, not get passed between different departments.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes event plans need to change. Our contracts include clear cancellation terms that protect both you and our business while being as fair as possible.
For cancellations more than 12 months before your event, you’ll receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations 6-12 months out receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 6 months forfeit the deposit but aren’t responsible for additional fees.
Rescheduling is often possible depending on availability, and we work hard to accommodate date changes when circumstances require it. The key is communicating with us as soon as you know changes might be necessary so we can explore options together.
