You’re not looking for a cookie-cutter banquet hall that forces you into their layout, their vendors, their timeline. You want a venue that adapts to what you’re planning—whether that’s an intimate wedding reception, a milestone birthday, a corporate gathering, or a Sweet 16 your daughter will actually remember.
Here’s what that looks like: a ballroom rental in Suffolk County that gives you the room to customize without the runaround. Professional event coordination that answers your questions before you have to ask twice. A dance floor that’s built for movement, not just decoration. And the option to add custom choreography or dance instruction if you want your first dance to be more than a slow sway under the lights.
The difference isn’t just the space. It’s what happens inside it. You get upfront pricing, flexible scheduling, and a team that’s done this enough times to know what goes wrong—and how to keep it from happening to you.
We’re not your typical party venue on Long Island. We’re a working dance studio first—which means our space is designed for people to move, celebrate, and actually use the room. That matters more than you’d think when you’re planning an event where people aren’t just sitting at tables.
We’ve been serving Davis Park and the wider Suffolk County area with private dance instruction, wedding choreography, and event space that doesn’t feel like every other hall you’ve toured. Our instructors know how to work with nervous couples, excited families, and anyone who wants their event to feel personal instead of produced.
You’re working with people who understand timing, coordination, and how to make a room feel right. That shows up in how we plan, how we communicate, and how your event actually runs.
First, you reach out and we schedule a walkthrough. You’ll see the space, ask about availability, and talk through what you’re planning. No pressure, no upselling—just a real conversation about whether this venue works for your event.
Once you book, we start coordinating. That includes layout planning, vendor coordination if needed, and a clear timeline so you know what’s happening when. If you want to add dance instruction or custom choreography for a wedding, we build that in early so it’s not an afterthought.
Leading up to your event, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact. Someone who knows your name, your plan, and what you care about. Day-of, our team handles setup, flow, and any adjustments that come up. You show up, your guests show up, and the event happens the way you pictured it.
After, we handle breakdown and cleanup. You leave with your memories, not a checklist.
Ready to get started?
You’re renting more than a room. You get a customizable event space with professional-grade dance floors, sound system access, and flexible layout options that work for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, or open dance parties. The space fits intimate gatherings and larger celebrations without feeling empty or cramped.
You also get event planning support. That means help with floor plans, timing, vendor coordination, and someone who’s seen enough events to know when something’s about to become a problem. If you’re planning a wedding, you have the option to add custom choreography and private dance lessons—Waltz, Tango, Salsa, whatever fits your style.
Davis Park and the surrounding Suffolk County area have no shortage of catering halls, but most of them don’t offer dance instruction under the same roof. That’s the difference here. You’re not coordinating between three different vendors to make your first dance happen. It’s all in one place, handled by people who do this daily.
Parking is onsite. Pricing is transparent. And you’re not locked into a single catering company or décor package unless that’s what you want.
For weddings, you’re looking at 12 to 18 months out if you want a Saturday in peak season—May through October. That’s standard across most event venues in Suffolk County, not just us. If you’re flexible on dates or planning a weekday event, you’ll have more options closer in.
Corporate events and private parties tend to have shorter lead times. We’ve booked those 3 to 6 months out without issue, sometimes sooner depending on the calendar. The key is reaching out early so we can talk through your timeline and lock in your date before someone else does.
If your event is coming up fast, it’s still worth asking. We’ve made last-minute bookings work when the timing lined up.
You can bring in your own caterer. We don’t force you into a single vendor relationship. If you’ve already got someone you trust or you want to shop around for pricing, that’s your call.
What we do ask is that any outside caterer coordinates with us on timing, setup, and cleanup. We’ve worked with most of the reputable caterers in the Davis Park and Suffolk County area, so the process usually goes smoothly. If you need recommendations, we can point you toward a few we’ve seen do solid work.
The goal is to make your event run well, not to nickel-and-dime you on vendor fees. You’ll get a clear breakdown of what’s included in your rental and what’s not before you book.
We offer them as an add-on, not automatically included. If you want custom choreography for your first dance, parent dances, or even a full wedding party routine, we can build a lesson package that fits your timeline and skill level.
Most couples start lessons 2 to 3 months before the wedding. That gives you enough time to learn the steps, practice, and feel confident without it turning into a stressful weekly commitment. We work around your schedule, and lessons happen right here in the same space where your reception will be—so you’re practicing in the actual room.
Styles we teach include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Salsa, Swing, and others depending on what song you’ve chosen. If you’ve never danced before, that’s fine. Our instructors work with beginners constantly. You won’t be doing competition-level moves unless that’s what you want. The focus is on making you look natural and feel comfortable.
Your rental includes the event space, access to our professional dance floors, tables and chairs, basic sound system use, and onsite parking for your guests. You also get event coordination support—someone who helps with layout planning, timeline management, and day-of flow.
Setup and cleanup are handled by our team. You’re not responsible for moving furniture or sweeping floors after your event ends. We also provide a walkthrough before your event so you can see the space set up the way you’re planning it.
What’s not included: catering, bar service, outside décor, and any add-on services like dance instruction or custom choreography. Those are priced separately, and we’ll go over all of that upfront so there’s no confusion about costs. The goal is transparency—you should know exactly what you’re paying for before you sign anything.
Capacity depends on your event layout. For a seated dinner with tables, we comfortably fit 80 to 120 guests. If you’re doing a cocktail-style reception with limited seating and more open space, you can go higher—up to 150.
For smaller, more intimate events, the space scales down without feeling empty. We’ve hosted gatherings as small as 30 people for milestone birthdays and anniversary parties. The room doesn’t have that awkward “too much space” feeling because we adjust the layout to match your guest count.
If you’re planning something larger, we’ll talk through options during your walkthrough. Sometimes a different setup or timeline makes a bigger event work. Sometimes it doesn’t, and we’ll tell you that upfront instead of cramming people in and hoping it works out.
We’re a working dance studio, not just a rental hall. That means our floors, sound system, and layout are built for movement and celebration—not just sitting and eating. If dancing is part of your event, the space is designed for that from the ground up.
The other difference is access to professional dance instruction without coordinating with a separate vendor. If you’re planning a wedding and want choreography, it’s handled in-house by the same people managing your venue. That eliminates a lot of the back-and-forth that usually comes with booking multiple services.
We also don’t lock you into rigid packages. You’re not forced to use our caterer, our DJ, or our décor. You get the space, the support, and the flexibility to plan your event the way you want it. Pricing is upfront, scheduling is flexible, and you’re working with a team that’s been doing this long enough to know what actually matters on event day.
