We provide a preferred vendor list with caterers who have successfully worked in our space before. These vendors know the setup, timing, and any special considerations for the venue. You’re also welcome to work with your own caterer – they just need to coordinate timing and setup requirements in advance.

For weekend dates, especially during peak wedding season (May through October), booking 3-6 months in advance is recommended. Popular dates like Saturday evenings fill up quickly, particularly for Suffolk County residents who prefer local venues.
However, we often have availability for Friday evenings, Sunday afternoons, and weekday events with shorter notice. If you have flexibility with your date, you might find excellent availability even a few weeks out. The key is calling to discuss your specific needs rather than assuming popular dates are unavailable.
We maintain a waitlist for highly requested dates, so even if your preferred date is booked, it’s worth getting on the list. Cancellations and date changes do happen, and being first on the waitlist often means getting the date you originally wanted.
