What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

For cancellations between 30-60 days before your event, we retain 50% of your deposit but will work with you to reschedule to another available date within the same calendar year at no additional charge. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit, but we’ll still help you reschedule if possible.
Weather-related cancellations are handled differently since our venue is primarily indoor. However, if extreme weather makes travel to Asharoken, NY unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule without penalty. We want your event to be successful and safe for all your guests.
